When does my CroatiaPASS e-ticket expire?

CroatiaPASS e-ticket is good for 30 consecutive days and it expires on October 31st of this year.

Do I have to make a reservation for boat tours and the walking & bus tour when I use CroatiaPASS?

You must make a reservation for any of our boat tours. For details, check out each boat tour's hours, amenities, payment methods, and location.

You do not need to make a reservation for the walking & bus tour when you use CroatiaPASS.

Where can I buy CroatiaPASS products?

ONLINE at croatiapass.com using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bancontact, Bank transfer, Belfius Direct Net, Cartes Bancaires, CartaSi, EPS, Giropay, iDEAL, ING Home'Pay, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Przelewy24, and Sofort:

  • When you buy online, we will email you the details of your CroatiaPASS order, your CroatiaPASS e-ticket, and a CroatiaPASS e-brochure containing hours, amenities, and location for each participating attraction.
  • Just bring your printed CroatiaPASS e-ticket or show your CroatiaPASS e-ticket using a smart phone at each participating location for entry.
  • For boat tours & cruises, use your CroatiaPASS e-ticket to reserve your seat ahead of time;
  • Each voucher is nontransferable and may be redeemed only once.  

What is CroatiaPASS' return / refund policy?

CroatiaPASS offers a refund on unused CroatiaPASS products purchased from croatiapass.com.

When you (the customer) buy from croatiapass.com, we (CroatiaPASS) are charged a non-refundable transaction fee (€0.25 + 2.8% of your total purchase amount) by our payment service provider. When we issue a refund to you, we are charged an additional non-refundable €0.25. Therefore, when we process a refund, we must deduct €0.50 + 2.8% of your total purchase amount.

Refunds are not available for any portion of a CroatiaPASS product that has been used. All partially-used or fully-used products are non-refundable. Lost or stolen products are also non-refundable.
