How CroatiaPASS works?

Show your CroatiaPASS e-ticket at each participating attraction and you are in for FREE!
  • With CroatiaPASS e-ticket in hand, you may visit the attractions in any order you wish - for FREE. And your CroatiaPASS e-ticket is good for 30 consecutive days, beginning with the first day of use (CroatiaPASS expires on October 31st of this year). So there’s no need to rush through the attractions; you can visit the attractions at your own pace - see several attractions in one day, or spread them out over your whole trip. You’ll be able to fully experience the attractions and still have plenty of time to explore Croatia. 
  • Your CroatiaPASS e-ticket may contain one or more OPTION tickets that allow you to choose one or the other attraction. Please choose ONE of the TWO attractions on each OPTION ticket.
  • Present CroatiaPASS at each participating attraction. When you buy at, we will email you the details of your CroatiaPASS order, your CroatiaPASS e-ticket, and a CroatiaPASS e-brochure containing hours, amenities, and location for each participating attraction. Just bring your printed CroatiaPASS e-ticket or show your CroatiaPASS e-ticket using a mobile device at each participating location for FREE entry.
  • For tours & cruises, you must contact the tour / cruise provider directly to reserve your seat ahead of time. Each e-ticket is nontransferable and may be redeemed only once.
  • CroatiaPASS offers a refund on unused CroatiaPASS products purchased from When you (the customer) buy from, we (CroatiaPASS) are charged a non-refundable transaction fee (€0.25 + 2.8% of your total purchase amount) by our payment service provider. When we issue a refund to you, we are charged an additional non-refundable €0.25. Therefore, when we process a refund, we must deduct €0.50 + 2.8% of your total purchase amount.
  • Refunds and exchanges are not available for any portion of a CroatiaPASS product that has been used. All partially-used or fully-used products are non-refundable. Lost or stolen products are also non-refundable.
